One bright Sunday morning, young Aiden sat beside his father, Coach Mitchell, sipping on a glass of fresh juice after their morning jog. Aiden admired his father, a former athlete, and often sought his advice on fitness and success.

“Dad, I want to be strong, smart, and successful. What are the best activities I should do to grow and stay healthy?” Aiden asked eagerly.
